DigiBook™ A0 / E size Color and Grayscale Book Scanner

DigiBook™ A0

The DigiBook™ A0 scanner is dedicated to digitizing large formats and bound documents, in color and gray scale.

This new A0 scanner benefits from the advantages of the existing SUPRASCAN range, including high productivity, exceptional image quality and is capable of digitizing DIN A0/E formats and beyond, up to 870 mm (34.2”) (h) x 1250 mm (49.2”) (w).

The most versatile and powerful scanner in our SUPRASCAN range, the DigiBook A0/E, is dedicated to digitizing large format and bound documents in either color or grayscale.
This scanner possesses exceptional image quality and is capable of digitizing A0 and E sized materials up to 34.2” (h) x 49.2” (w) at 400ppi. With the DigiBook A0/E, your productivity will increase tremendously. With the 10000 pixel camera, the system can scan A0/E format documents as fast as 12 seconds!.

Moreover and thanks to its book cradle options, the DigiBook™ A0 scanner can digitize up to A1 formats with resolutions ranging from 150 ppi up to 1200 ppi (depending on the format and on the scanner head).

The scanner head may be fitted with a linescan RGB color 3 x 10,200 pixels or monochrome 10 200 pixels CCD. Optionally, the system may be fitted with the 14000 pixel camera. This allows higher optical resolutions than previously available. The scanner heads are user interchangeable.

You can select the digitization mode - color, gray scale or binary, and the image compression and storage modes. Depending on the modes selected, the file format is JPEG with variable parameters, uncompressed TIFF or PNG for images with gray scale or color, and TIFF G4 for binary images.

You can improve productivity still further by combining the DigiBook™ A0 and the Book Restorer™ software which can manage all the image restorations required for the formatting of your work directly on-screen or as a background task.
